How Do I Join Charlotte’s Darlings Loyalty Club?
You will automatically be enrolled into Charlotte's Darlings Loyalty Club (the Loyalty Club) when you create a Charlotte Tilbury account on: (1) www.charlottetilbury.com; or (2) the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty app; or log in to your existing account; and are at least 18 years of age. Any purchases made by you in the last 365 days prior to account creation will count towards your Loyalty status, provided we can verify your purchases to the same email address used to create an account.
Current employees, Pro Artists, Magic Stars and contractors are not eligible to participate in the Loyalty Club.
Loyalty Club accounts (a Loyalty Account) are country specific (and limited to one account per country only). If you wish to create a Loyalty Account in multiple countries, your Loyalty Coin balance, Loyalty Levels, and Loyalty Coin Rewards and Rewards will be specific to the particular country in which you created the Loyalty Account and are not transferable.
Is Charlotte’s Darlings Loyalty Club Available Globally?
The Loyalty Club is not available in the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Cayman Islands, China, Chile, Mexico, South Africa, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, New Zealand, Republic of Korea.
What Are Levels?
There are three Levels: Bronze, Silver, and Rose Gold. Move through the Levels to unlock Rewards and Benefits. Visit your Loyalty Account to learn more about what you can access, and the spend thresholds to access each Level. Levels reset 365 days after joining a Level.
What Are Loyalty Coins?
There is also the opportunity to earn Loyalty Coins when making purchases when signed into your Loyalty Account, or through completing your beauty profile. Loyalty Coins earned will be shown within the ‘Coin Shop’ and ‘Coin Activity’ tab within your Loyalty Account. Loyalty members can then exchange Loyalty Coins for Loyalty Coin Rewards. The purchase of gift cards in-store will not account towards any Loyalty Coins.
Earned Loyalty Coins will usually be added to your Loyalty Account balance within one day of your products being dispatched. When completing your Beauty Profile on www.charlottetilbury.com, you should see earned Loyalty Coins added to your Loyalty Account balance within 1 hour. However, it may sometimes take longer to update your Loyalty Account balance
What Are Rewards and Loyalty Coin Rewards?
Rewards: Moving through the Loyalty Levels will unlock product rewards which can only be used once per Level. Rewards are promotional code based and can be added to your basket and redeemed at checkout when your basket reaches the individual Reward qualifiers (as further detailed on your Loyalty tab).
Loyalty Coin Rewards: you can convert your Loyalty Coins into Loyalty Coin Rewards. See further details on your Loyalty tab for conversion amounts and possible Loyalty Coin Rewards that can be redeemed.
How Do I Earn Rewards?
By shopping on www.charlottetilbury.com and the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty app (while logged into your Loyalty Account), and in Charlotte's Beauty Wonderlands (full country list link here), your purchases will help you move through Levels to unlock Rewards - the more you spend, the more magic Rewards you will unlock! Check your Loyalty tab for full details of individual Reward qualifying amounts.
How Do I Redeem my Rewards and Loyalty Coin Rewards?
All available Rewards are detailed within your Loyalty tab, along with your Loyalty Coin balance to see how far away you are from your next Loyalty Coin Reward. Rewards and Loyalty Coin Rewards are only redeemable when a purchase is made.
Can I Redeem my Rewards and Loyalty Coin Rewards Together?
No – as both are redeemed through promotional codes, only one promotional code can be added per transaction, therefore Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with your Loyalty Coin Rewards. However, customers who are part of Charlotte’s Darlings in Silver and above will have access to auto-applied Loyalty Level Benefits such as Free Standard Shipping (subject to regional availability) and can be used in conjunction with either a Loyalty Coin Reward, or Loyalty Level Reward.
What Are Benefits?
Every Level has specific Benefits attached to it. Depending on your Loyalty Level, Benefits may include free shipping, or a dedicated pro artist consultation which can be unlocked from Silver Level upwards (regional variations and exclusions apply). How Do I Redeem Benefits?
Your Benefits can only be redeemed on www.charlottetilbury.com or the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty app. Benefits will be automatically applied at checkout, when you add qualifying items to your basket (see your Loyalty tab for more information).
Do Levels, Loyalty Coins, Rewards, and Benefits Expire?
Levels: Your Loyalty Level will expire 365 days after joining the Level, based on your spend during that period.
Loyalty Coins: Your Loyalty Coins expire after 330 days and Loyalty Coin Rewards once converted, will expire after 30 days. If you do not transfer your Loyalty Coins into Loyalty Coin Rewards within 330 days of earning, your Loyalty Coins will no longer be available and will expire.
Rewards: Your Rewards within a Level are only valid for the 365-day period you are in that Level.
Benefits: Your Benefits within a Level are only valid for the 365-day period you are in that Level.
Can I Still Use Guest Checkout?
If you choose to complete any purchase via guest checkout, you will not earn any Loyalty Coins, and cannot redeem any Rewards, Loyalty Coin Rewards, or Benefits against that purchase. Loyalty Coins cannot retrospectively be added to your Loyalty Account. Once a Loyalty Account is created, ensure you are always logged in when making any purchases to ensure you are earning all applicable Loyalty Coins.
What Happens If I Return My Order?
If you return an order, you will not be refunded the value of any applicable Loyalty Coins, Loyalty Coin Rewards, Rewards, or Benefits used. Any product gifted as part of a Reward, Benefit, or Loyalty Coin Reward must be sent back with the returned order.

After closing your Loyalty Account all future orders can be placed through Guest Checkout
Product Reward Cards
Only one Reward can be redeemed per transaction. Reward is available for the duration of the time in your Loyalty Level. Your Reward has no cash value, may not be sold/transferred, and you are not able to return a Reward for a refund.
Birthday Reward Card
Only one Reward can be redeemed per transaction. This Birthday Reward is available for 2 weeks prior to your birthday, and the 2 weeks following. After this time, this Birthday Reward will expire and will not be valid. Your Birthday Reward has no cash value, may not be sold/transferred, and you are not able to return Birthday Reward items for a refund.
Customers must place an order to use their Birthday Reward. You cannot select the Pencil Sharpener to qualify for your Birthday Reward. The Birthday Reward is exclusive of delivery costs. We reserve the right to substitute the Birthday Reward (with an item of lesser or greater value).
